No more appointments needed at Denver’s Ball Arena mass vaccination site
The mass vaccination site at Denver’s Ball Area is getting more convenient for people looking to get inoculated. The site now does not require an appointment to get a COVID-19 vaccine.
Vaccines at the TrueCare24 Drive-in vaccination site at Ball Arena will remain free.
“We’re very excited to make vaccination site at Ball Arena in Denver as simple and convenient as possible for people,” said Leo Popov, co-founder of TrueCare24, in a news release. Ball Arena is one of the six Community Vaccination Sites to support the state’s goal to provide vaccines for all.
The site at Ball Arena was launched by Gov. Jared Polis in partnership with Denver County and TrueCare24 on April 1.
“One of the biggest challenges in the fight against the epidemic is to vaccinate more people in less time,” Popov said. “With no prior appointment, we can make the vaccination process easier and faster for the general public.”
