A "promising" boxer stabbed to death in Essex has been named locally as Luke Bellfield.
The victim was stabbed through the heart in an alleyway near The Peterboat pub in High Street, Leigh-on-Sea, at about 6pm on Friday.
The 18-year-old was taken to hospital by two people, but died shortly after being admitted.
A post-mortem revealed he died of a single stab wound to the heart, EssexLive reported.
Essex Police have launched a murder investigation into the "targeted" incident.
Officers are keen to speak to Alfie Pollard, 17, who is believed to have links to Leigh-on-Sea and Southend, in connection with the incident.
Detective Chief Inspector Stuart Truss, who is leading the murder investigation, said: "I would strongly urge him, or anyone who knows of his whereabouts, to contact police immediately.
"Anybody who is found to be assisting those involved in the violent incident that led to a man's death on Friday night will be subject of a thorough investigation and could find themselves prosecuted for assisting an offender."
A 31-year-old man from Westcliff and a 19-year-old man from Rayleigh are being quizzed by police after being arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
A large number of tributes to Luke, who had fought for the famed Repton Boxing Club in Bethnal Green, East London, were laid at the scene.
On Saturday, Southend Boxing Club tweeted: "Very saddened to hear the loss of the extremely talented boxer Luke Bellfield Who was stabbed in old Leigh last night, whilst out for a walk #RIPChamp "
Luke's friend Alfie Jackson, 18, released a heartfelt tribute on Instagram.
He wrote: "This is so hard to think my best friend gone, all this s*** doesn’t seem real.
"To think I was only on the phone to him a couple of hours before his death and now he's gone. Only 18, it is always the real ones that leave so soon but I hope you're in a better place right now.

Brooklyn Bisson, who launched the page, said: "A very good boxer and had his whole life ahead of him and it all got taken away from him just like that.
